Reservations and Cancellations
Lodging rates are based on a two-night, two-adult minimum stay. (Children younger than 12 stay free.) Pets are permitted for an additional $50 fee. Taxes are not included in the following itemization, and rates are subject to change.
Deposits of one half (50%) of total
are required for reservation confirmation. Reservations are subject
to cancellation without notice if deposit is not recieved within
10 days. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made
less than 30 days in advance require full payment. Refund on cancellations
only if cabin is re-rented for your reservation period. All refunds
will be subject to a 10% service charge. We accept Visa, Master
Card, and Discover.
RATES
101 - cabin $159 for two adults
102 - cabin with hot tub $189 for two adults
103 - cabin $109 for two adults
104 - cabin hot tub $129 for two adults
*Rates based on double occupancy/
Each additional person –$20.00 each.
*Children under 12 stay free.
Linens not provided.
